Call of Duty 4 Game Night
TournamentseDen will be participating in a Call of Duty 4 game night as part of our involvement with iGames. The games will be 5v5 against teams from other LAN centers. More details can be found at http://www.igames.org/CoD4GameNight.

So far, we have several players who are interested in playing, with varying levels of commitment. We definitely have enough people to field at least one team, so please show up on Tuesday if you are interested in joining the team. We will be swapping people in and out of the eDen team to make sure we always have people to play, so there is definitely room for more than 5 people to participate on the team.

If anyone from the area wants to field their own 5 man team for the iGames CoD4 game night, you are more than welcomed to come join us at the 'den... it sure would be nice to see some more Lehigh Valley gamers who share our love for CoD4.

Special OfferFor the month of January, you can receive double the normal referral bonus at eDen. Tell all your friends and neighbors, pack up the car, and get a free hour for each new customer you bring in! There is no limit to this offer.

But wait, there is more! In additional to doubling the referral bonus that you get for bringing in your friends, we will give your friends a free hour also! That means instead of giving you half an hour for bringing in your friends, we are giving away two whole hours for this month only! Be sure to take advantage of this great offer by helping us get the word out about eDen.

Lock-in Format
TournamentsI've been sitting on the details of this event for a few days nows, but I'm ready to start releasing information to the public. This lock-in will be the 2v2 challenge. Everyone who wishes to compete will need one partner for their team. If you do not have a partner, you may request that one be assigned to you. Participation in any events that night will be completely optional (but it will be mad fun!!!) After midnight, no changes to your team can be made. Through-out the night, I will call for teams to sign up for different games. After signing up for a game, teams will be randomly assigned against each other. Depending on the outcome of the game, each team will earn points which will be added to their score.

One example would be if two teams were matched against each other in a Counter-Strike game, they would play 5 round on each side (10 rounds total). Each round will be worth 2 points, for a total of 20 points. The points would be tallied and the players would then request a match up for a different game.

The schedule is as follows:
10pm - 12am: Team registration
12am - 2am: Gaming session
2am - 3am: Pizza Break + Free Play
3am - 5am: Gaming session
5am: Movies in the theaters / Free play
8am - 9am: Grudge Matches
9am: Winner Declared, Prizes Distributed, Donuts Served.
10am - 12pm: Free Play

Please use the tournament section of my forums to ask questions about the format. Every attempt will be made to make sure each team only plays against another team once in the night, and that teams are able to play as many games as possible during the official gaming sessions.
